This Week’s Show Topic
This week, we are talking to Dr. Samantha Brody, naturopathic physician and acupuncturist, and she is offering great information and practical tools for helping families develop healthier food habits in their daily lives.
Dr. Samantha has a free resource available on her website with easy, yummy and original food ideas that are gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free.
Dr. Samantha is also sharing with us what mediation really is (it’s not what a lot of people think), and why it’s so beneficial to our overall health. She is also offering some easy and fun ways for families to begin creating healthy meditation habits, and she has a free downloadable coloring book that families can use to get started.
If you find yourself enjoying what she has to say as much as we do, you can always consult with Dr. Samantha from anywhere in the world via Skype.
Caught in the Act
This week’s “Caught in the Act” was discovered while we were talking to our future guest, author and professional organizer Evan Zislis. During a recent phone conversation, Evan shared a unique thing that he and his wife have done to fan their daughter’s creativity. Be sure to tune it to find out what it is!
Here’s a peak at Evan and his fun and inspiring family! Be sure to tune in next week, as well, when we talk to Evan in detail about helping kids develop healthy organizational habits.
